The NAME DAY: Terms and Conditions

All name variants will be considered by Maxima Hotels management and staff. The results will be announced in 7 days after the official ending of the competition.

The winner will be announced on 17 December, 2008. The winner gets a week stay at the new Maxima Hotel in Suite room (any week the winner would like from the opening date till the end of 2009) and the Exclusive card of the Guest of Honour program.

We do not send prize via post or other ways of delivery. The winner can receive the prize personally, or via its authorized representative (for this purpose it is necessary to contact us and to specify the contacts of the authorized representatives). The exact time and place of the rewarding will be announced later. 

Participants of the contest guarantee presence at them personal non-property and exclusive property copyrights to the name variants sent on competition. Participants of the contest bear the responsibility for infringement of copyrights of the third parties.

The offer of Maxima Hotels management to take part in the contest according to the point 2 paragraph 437 of the Civil Code the Russian Federation is the public offer. Sending a name variant on competition, the participant agrees to conclude the author's contract from Maxim Hotels. According to the author's contract Maxima Hotels have the right to use the name which won at the competition in the following ways without payment:

• Make the name public 
• Lead up to general data 
• Use in Maxim Hotels's promotional materials.
