CONDITIONS OF LOTTERY «Win MAXIMA car!»

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Name of the promotional Lottery - «Win MAXIMA car!» (Hereinafter - Lottery)
1.2. The Lottery is conducted affiliate way.
1.3. The Lottery is conducted only at the territory of Moscow, at hotels:
«Maxima Irbis», address: 1, Gostinichnaya st., Moscow;
«Maxima Zarya», address: 4/9, Gostinichnaya st., Moscow;
«Maxima Slavia», address: 44, Yaroslavskoe shosse, Moscow;
«Maxim Panorama», address: 4, st. Masterkova, Moscow.
1.4. Organizer of the Lottery is a Limited Liability Company «Company «Service Hotel»

1.5. The Lottery is conducted from the 15^th of September 2009 till 28^th of February 2010.

 

 

2. Rights and obligations of Lottery participants

2.1. Person having legal capacity can be a participant of the Lottery in case of compliance with the Rules of the Lottery

2.2. To participate in the Lottery, the person has to:
a) pay and spend at least 3 days in any of Maxima Hotels mentioned in subsection 1.3. of this Rules in the period of the Lottery;

b) Completely fill out personal data at the field on the Lottery ticket.
2.3. Participant of the Lottery has the right:

2.3.1. To participate in the drawing of the prize fund.
2.3.2. To get information about the conditions and modalities of the Lottery and the prize fund drawing.
2.3.3. The right to win, if person adjudged winner according to the Rules of the Lottery.
2.3.4. Get a Lottery ticket for every 3 (three) days of accommodation.

2.3.5. Participant has other rights according to the Lottery legislation of Russian Federation.
2.4. Participant of the Lottery obliged to:
2.4.1. Comply with these Rules.
2.4.2. Winner of the Lottery has to make a written request to get the prize.

 

3. Rules of the Lottery tickets distribution

3.1. Lottery ticket - a standard document confirming the right of participation in the Lottery. The ticket consists of two parts, first part (with the field with personal data about Lottery participant) remained at the organizers of Lottery, the second part of the ticket (with unique number similar to the number on the first part of the Lottery ticket) is given to the Lottery participant in the confirmation of the right to participate in the Lottery.

3.2. For each 3 (three) days of accommodation at Maxima Hotels person gets one Lottery ticket.

3.3. Days of the accommodation may be cumulative.

3.4. In the case of accommodation for more than 3 days, person gets Lottery ticket in the number multiple of 3. Remaining days fixed for the participant and taken into account in subsequent stay at Maxima Hotels.

3.5. Only days of accommodation from the 15^th of September 2009 till the 28^th of February 2010 are taken into consideration.

3.6. Information about issued Lottery tickets is entered in a special register.

 

4. Rules of the prize fund drawing

4.1. The prize fund is financed by own funds of the Lottery organizer.

4.2. All issued Lottery tickets take part in the drawing of the prize fund.

4.3. Drawing of prize fund will take place on the 6^th of March 2010 at the «Maxima Slavia» hotel, located at 44, Yaroslavskoe shosse, Moscow, Russia.

4.4. Lottery winner is determined by random selection of numbers of tear-off parts of Lottery tickets, which are kept by the Lottery organizer.

4.5. Each Lottery ticket can be used in the drawing of several prizes.
4.6. Results of the drawing Lottery will be formalized into report of the commission. Report will be signed by all members of the commission.
4.7. Results of the drawing Lottery will be published in specialized media.

 

5. PROCEDURE AND PERIOD OF PRIZIS RECEIPT

5.1. Prizes are delivered in the Maxima Zarya hotel, located at 4/9, st. Gostinichnaya, Moscow, Russia, until the 6^th of May 2010 inclusive.

5.2. To get a prize winner has to present the winning Lottery ticket and document identification.

5.3. Representative of the winner can get a prize under power of attorney, issued in accordance with law.

 

6. INFORMATION

6.1. Information about Rules and conditions of Lottery is published on Internet sites www.maximahotels.ru, www.maximahotels.com, and available at the Reception in all hotels of Maxima Hotels chain (Maxima Zarya, Maxima Irbis, Maxima Slavia, Maxima Panorama)and disseminates other ways.

 

7. FINAL REGULATIONS

7.1. Promotional Lottery is conducted according to this Rules and current legislation of Russian Federation.

7.2. Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes associated with the receipt of the Lottery prizes.

7.3. Organizer of Lottery has the right to use winner’s name, photos and other non-confidential data and materials for promotional purposes by all means not prohibited by law in any country without additional fee.
